Ms Naraindath is an admitted attorney and a well-seasoned legal, compliance and governance professional with almost 15 years of legal experience. She holds the degrees of Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s degree in law. Before taking up her position as Executive responsible for compliance,

Governance and legal advisory at the South African Civil Aviation Authority, she was Executive at the Cross-Border Road Transport Agency and also held the position of Senior Manager: Corporate Services at the South African National Accreditation System. She has spent much of her career as an in-house legal counsel and company secretary in the parastatal environment. She has been involved in the negotiation of many major national and international contracts at the PBMR and the CSIR. 

Ms Naraindath has a broad coverage in law and the legal discipline with emphasis on corporate governance, compliance, interpretation of statutes, international legal instruments and commercial and contract law.

She also has a solid experience in the application and review of administrative decisions. Ms Naraindath is a principled individual with sound strategic and analytical thinking.
