SABS sells South African National Standards (SANS) as well as related documents, including CKS, SATS and SATR specifications. We also sell ISO and IEC standards. Our services extend to sourcing other international and/or foreign standards for you, such as British or German DIN standards.
Do you want to buy a standard or collection of standards?
There are various ways you can do this, depending on who you are (e.g. individual buyer, student, small or large company) and in which format you wish to get the standard (hard copy, soft copy, non-printable PDF or CD).
SABS Webstore
The quickest and easiest way to buy a standard is via our Webstore.
Payments can be done via bank transfer or credit card (VISA or Mastercard). Customers can also open credit accounts with the SABS and buy standards according to agreed- upon terms.

Please remember that standards purchased from this store have a single-user licence (that is, they are meant for one end-user, on one standalone computer, or as one printout for the specific end-user). If you are a company that uses standards extensively, you should consider subscribing to our annual subscription service, which includes an updating service.
This allows you to get a collection of standards with a multiple-user licence that you can store on a central server, document management system or intranet.
